At Siga Studios, we offer a diverse array of classes to cater to everyone’s vibe, including Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre, and Yoga. Having split the space into two rooms, we offer reformer classes in one room and Mat, Barre and Yoga classes in another.

REFORMER
Using resistance based springs, Reformer is an inclusive workout that targets core strength, flexibility, and overall muscle balance. The resistance and stability offered by the Reformer enhance precision and effectiveness, making it ideal for both rehabilitation and fitness goals.
MAT
A low-impact workout that focuses on strengthening your core, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body alignment using a mat and your own body weight. It combines controlled movements and precise exercises to build strength, balance, and coordination.
BARRE
Fusion of Pilates, classical ballet, and functional movement, where alignment and postural strength take center stage. With musically-driven choreography, each session is a perfect blend of elegance and strength. Barre will sculpt and tone your body from head to toe.
YOGA
A holistic practice combining breath control, meditation, and physical postures to enhance flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. By integrating movement with breath awareness, yoga helps promote overall well-being and stress relief.

The ladies behind Siga Studio, Isabella and Gaye, bring a wealth of experience and passion to their practice. Isabella, a seasoned instructor with over 8 years of experience and is loved for her empathetic teaching style. Gaye, a former corporate executive turned wellness advocate, discovered pilates as a transformative practice that balanced her demanding lifestyle. Together, they envisioned a space where everyone could experience movement whilst nurturing their mind. Their shared commitment to inclusivity and community is the heart of Siga Studio, making it a sanctuary where all are welcome.
