
TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Introductory Offers
Introductory offers at Siga Studios are available exclusively to new clients who have not previously attended our studio. These offers are valid for a specified period, starting from the date of your first visit. Please note that no refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions will be granted for unused portions of any Introductory Offer, regardless of the reason, including illness, injury, or change of address. Members visiting on the introductory offer are subject to all studio policies including the late cancelation policy. Any class marked absent for or cancelled with less than 8hrs notice is forfeited. If it is determined that a client has purchased the introductory offer more than once, Siga Studios reserves the right to suspend access to the offer and charge any additional costs for classes incurred.
Bookings
Payment must be made prior to booking. To book into a class you must either have pre-purchased sessions in your account or pay at the time of booking in the studio. All bookings can be made via our website or the Mindbody app. Owners and/or teachers reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons; and owners and/or teachers reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class, late comers will be unable to join as they disrupt the experience for our other community members. If you’re late you forfeit the session and are considered a No Show.
First Class
Please arrive 10 minutes before your class so we have time to show you through our studio, meet your instructor, and get an overview of the equipment you’ll be using for class. Lockers are provided for all your personal belongings, except for your drink bottle and towel which we encourage you to bring into class. We do ask that if you bring your phone into the class that you keep it on silent, to avoid disrupting the class. Our instructors will assist you throughout the class and provide options. You are encouraged to make your own movement choices and feel empowered to tailor the experience to your needs. We also have 'ME TIME' ribbons available in the studio if you would prefer to workout with minimal interruptions and guidance.
Waitlists
When booking if a class is full you can sign up for the waitlist. When a spot in the class becomes available, the system will automatically send an SMS to the first person on the waitlist, asking you to confirm that you want to be booked into the class. The system won’t automatically text any clients after the waitlist cut-off which is 2 hours prior to class start time. Customers who don’t have a phone number on file will be contacted via email. If you respond 'N' within 8 hours of the class start time, it will be considered a "late-cancel," and a $5 fee will apply for members. If you don’t respond to the waitlist text and miss the class, it will be marked as a "no-show," incurring a $10 fee. We suggest treating your waitlist spot as a confirmed booking, as waitlists often clear quickly. To avoid unnecessary fees and allow others the chance to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist the night before if you know you can’t make it.
Cancellations
Siga Studios reserves the right to cancel classes if the minimum number of bookings is not met. If a class is cancelled, you will be notified via text message at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time, and your session will be refunded. For clients our eight hour cancellation window exists to allow everyone in the Siga community to attend classes. Life can be unpredictable, so if your plans change, please cancel your class reservation promptly using the MindBody app or on our website. If you need to cancel your attendance, the following fee structure applies: Early Cancel ($0) Cancel your booking at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid any fees and retain your class credit. Late Cancel ($5) If you cancel within 8 hours of the class start time, you will forfeit the session and incur a cancellation fee of $5. No-show ($10) Failing to cancel your class reservation before the start time or arriving late (which disrupts the class) will result in forfeiting the session and a $10 cancellation fee. We strive to accommodate all members, and timely cancellations help us do that effectively. Clients may be exempt from the late cancellation fee if they provide a valid medical certificate for the date of the missed/cancelled class within 5 days. Please email the certificate to isabella@siga-studios.com or submit it to Reception. Siga Studios members are entitled to one free late cancellation per calendar month. This allows flexibility for occasional unforeseen circumstances without penalty.
Memberships
All Memberships operate on a 28 day autopay schedule from the credit card stored in Mindbody. Foundation Memberships have a 12 week minimum commitment, after the minimum commitment, the subscription will roll over month by month. Memberships will continue with scheduled autopays unless Siga Studios is notified of a termination request in writing. Memberships may be subject to price increase and will be notified of one in writing 4 weeks prior to any change. Members are entitled to one free late cancellation per calendar month, allowing flexibility for occasional unforeseen circumstances without penalty. After this members will incur a $10 No Show fee for all classes they’re marked absent for and a $5 Late Cancel fee for all classes cancelled within 8 hours of class. A Late Cancellation within 60 minutes of a class start time is considered a no-show. Failed payments on any membership will result in a freeze on your account booking abilities. Any additional classes will incur a charge of $20 per class, this is the responsibility of the member to arrange prior to taking class via purchasing individual sessions. Additional sessions will be valid for 7 days from purchase. If during the monthly cycle, an extra session is taken and shows as unpaid or owing, $20 will automatically be charged to the card on file per session booked, regardless of late cancel or no show.
Membership Suspensions and Terminations
To request a membership suspension, a minimum of 2 weeks' written notice is required. This notice period allows us to properly implement measures to stop any scheduled credit card payments for the suspension period. Suspensions can be processed for a minimum of 7 days (1 week) and a maximum of 56 days (8 weeks). Please send your suspension requests to isabella@siga-studios.com
To terminate your membership at Siga Studios, 28 days notice is required to process the cancellation or one billing period. Please send your termination request to isabella@siga-studios.com. Foundation memberships are subject to a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. After this initial period, you may terminate your membership at any time with written notice. If you experience a long-term or permanent injury or illness that prevents you from using our services, immediate membership termination will be allowed. Termination will be effective from the date we receive written confirmation from a medical professional. Siga Studios reserves the right to terminate a membership without notice for inappropriate, offensive, or illegal behavior, as determined by us, that occurs on our premises or is directed towards our staff or other members.
Class Packs
Class packs and casual class passes are valid only for the designated room specified in the pack, such as the Moon Room Class Pack or Sun Room Class Pack. These packs have strict expiration dates and are non-refundable and non-transferable. No suspensions or holds are permitted. All members using a class pack or attending a casual class must adhere to all studio policies, including the late cancellation policy. Any class marked as absent or cancelled with less than 8 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
Casual Class
Expires 1 month from the date of purchase. No refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions are available, regardless of illness, injury, change of address, or other reasons.
5 Class Pack
All five passes expire 6 weeks from the date of your first class after purchase. No refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions are available for unused portions of the 5 Class Pack due to illness, injury, change of address, or any other reason.
10 Class Pack
All ten passes expire 3 months from the date of your first class after purchase. No refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions are available for unused portions of the 10 Class Pack due to illness, injury, change of address, or any other reason.
20 Class Pack
All twenty passes expire 6 months from the date of your first class after purchase. No refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions are available for unused portions of the 20 Class Pack due to illness, injury, change of address, or any other reason.
Discounts
Students and Concession Card holders are eligible for a 10% discount on all pricing options, excluding introductory offers. To receive the discount, a photo of your Concession Card or Student Card must be emailed to info@siga-studios.com.The discount is valid for one year and must be renewed annually if you continue to qualify.
Gift Cards
Gift cards at SIGA Studios can be used for studio classes and products. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. SIGA Studios does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions on gift cards for any reason, including change of mind, injury, illness, or change of address. All purchases are final and comply with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission regulations.
Returns/refunds
Siga Studios adheres to Victorian Consumer Affairs regulations regarding refunds. Refunds will be issued in accordance with these regulations, with a $5 processing fee applied to refunds for unforeseen circumstances beyond the business’s control. Refunds will be processed directly to bank accounts, minus any applicable fees. SIGA Studios is not liable for refunds, transfers, or compensation for classes that are missed, rescheduled, or cancelled for any reason. Additionally, no refunds or compensation will be provided if a class is full and you are unable to attend. All purchases are final, and SIGA Studios does not offer refunds for services or products due to a change of mind. Refunds for injury or illness may be considered if a valid medical certificate is provided. Activation dates for passes and memberships may only be extended for medical reasons. Passes and memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
Purchase Policy

Additionally, no refunds or compensation will be provided if a class is full and you are unable to attend. All purchases are final, and SIGA Studios does not offer refunds for services or products due to a change of mind, change of address, or any other reason. Refunds for injury or illness may be considered if a valid medical certificate is provided. Passes and memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Clients must be at least 16 years old to participate in classes.
